About Bagarstugan

Behind this venture is the Fröseth family, together with our restaurateur and chef, Lars Gidfeldt. We believe in strong collaborations and in being an active part of the local community, and we do everything we can to make everyone who lives and works up here feel welcome with us.

“I’m your restaurateur, chef and jack-of-all-trades here at the bistro. Åre and Huså have been home to me since childhood, when my grandmother built our timber cabin in Kall/Back, so I love skiing and the whole outdoor life up here. That’s why I’m keeping my fingers crossed for at least a little time on the mountain alongside work.”
