Welcome to our slope-side restaurant Bagarstugan Bistro, located by the Björnen lift in Björnen, right next to the slope. Here we serve well-cooked food for skiers with a unique twist – perfect for those who want to enjoy good food between runs. You’ll find flavourful dishes that combine traditional local ingredients with a modern touch, all in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
We cook food that feels right after a day outdoors. Flavours that warm you from the inside, like the smell of butter in a hot pan or a broth that has been simmering while the snow falls outside. Using ingredients we are proud of, from forests, waters and farms around us. Food that doesn’t need explaining, only experiencing; the kind of food we ourselves would gladly walk a long way through the snow for.

If you feel like stopping by for a cold beer or something warming, we have our bar and a large southwest-facing outdoor terrace to hang out on.
The wine cellar
For a more private experience, we also offer the wine cellar, a charming and unique dining room for up to 12 guests. Here you have the entire space to yourselves and can enjoy an exclusive dinner in an intimate and personal setting.
